Menopause is a challenging time in many woman's lives. There are so many changes happening all at once it can be overwhelming to know where to start. You may not have changed your diet or be exercising less, but the weight starts to creep on, your joints start to ache, you have mood swings you can't explain. It's very easy for depression to sink in.

It's not that you are doing anything wrong as such, you just haven't adjusted your lifestyle to the new phase of your life. Now, I think I can safely say that EVERYONE has tried one diet or another at some stage of their life. If you are like me, you've probably tried more than one, but you probably wouldn't be here unless they had failed. Let's face it, most of us know what we should be eating, but we don't necessarily know why and it is easy to slip into bad habits.

So why have they failed? Lack of knowledge, lack of support, lack of sustainability or lack of accountability.

This is where a health and wellness coach comes in. Think of me as your personal cheerleader for your well-being, the Gandalf to your Frodo in the quest for a healthier lifestyle. I'm part motivator, part accountability partner, and part guru of all things wholesome.

I can guide you through the labyrinth of wellness myths and trends, helping you navigate with evidence-based knowledge as well as practical advice to achieve your wellness goals.
